This gun shoots outstandingly smooth and for an alloy barrel its mitigates recoil superbly. The handle is formed perfectly for comfort and is perhaps why the recoil is negligible. If your handle doesn't sit well or has sharp edges, it'll amplify the 'feeling' of recoil.

The reverse, stainless steel mechanism has been designed to provide a consistent release, no matter how much load is put on the mechanism. This style of mechanism allows for a longer shaft in that the shaft anchors at the rear of the mech, not the front.

Pathos, is all about that Euro-style, ship their guns to the European market with next to no over-hang on the shaft. This can allow you to get closer to your target but the demands of most Aussie Spearos are such that they demand longer overhang - be it for more punching power or for easier aiming.
